Advocate Health is seeking Physiatrists to join our physician-led medical group and service it’s patients and communities in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.  
 
Job details
Join a robust team of expert Physicians and APCs and play a pivotal role in treating patients with disabilities secondary to a variety of conditions including, but not limited to complex medical conditions, peripheral joint disease, spine and musculoskeletal disorders, acute and chronic neurologic diseases. Also provide general physical medicine and rehabilitation care. 
  • Highly supportive, respected, and well-established practice consisting of 8 Physiatrists and an APC
  • Partner with experienced multi-disciplinary team and enjoy outstanding support with dedicated staff

Training and/or experience required 
  • Completion of an accredited Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation residency program 
  • Fellowship training welcome
  • Board Certification/board eligibility in PM&R
