Advocate Condell Medical Center is seeking a full time Advanced Practice Registered Nurse to join their Inpatient Palliative Team.
  • Initial inpatient consults
  • Advanced care planning, goals of care conversations and complex system management
  • Provide Palliative education for medical staff, nursing and hospital staff as well as community
  • Experience in Palliative Medicine preferred
  • M-F days
  • No weekends or on call but could be a future possibility
  • Excellent benefits and CME allowance
