Advocate Aurora Health is recruiting for a Heart Failure Specialist in Cardiology to join us for volume growth. This is an opportunity to develop the Heart Failure program based primarily at Advocate Condell Medical Center but will also include overseeing the growth of the HF program at Advocate Good Shepherd Hospital. There's an opportunity within our medical group to care for VAD and transplant patients at Advocate Christ Medical Center, if interested.
CME approved case-based conferences are available on a weekly basis for VAD and transplant. AAH has a system CHF Council, monthly virtual meetings with a well-known HF physician, and an annual symposium.
General cardiology will be a component of the practice as the HF program grows.
