- Full-time practice opportunity
- $575K two-year salary floor
- $30K sign-on bonus
- 1:5 call covering two hospital sites
- Established practice with room for growth
- Approximately 15-20 patients per day
- 5 advanced practice clinicians shared between 2 sites for inpatient and outpatient
- Opportunity for medical staff committee involvement
- EPIC EMR
