Job Description
Aurora St. Luke’s Medical Center (ASLMC) Milwaukee, Wisconsin is seeking a skilled, highly qualified Advanced Heart Failure & Transplant trained physician to join our distinguished Cardiology team.
 
The new Advanced Heart Failure & Transplant Cardiologist must be well trained in all aspects of general, clinical cardiology, have completed an Advanced Fellowship in Heart Failure, and be BC/BE in Cardiovascular Diseases and BC/BE in Advanced Heart Failure. Must have clinical expertise in advanced heart failure and cardiac transplantation with a proven record of research and teaching to join a thriving program.
 
Position Responsibilities
  • Perform clinical duties in all aspects of heart failure, heart transplantation and ventricular assist device in both inpatient and outpatient clinical setting
  • Patient care experience in cardiovascular and advanced heart failure medicine is required 
  • Perform procedures including endomyocardial biopsy and cardiac catheterization
Qualifications
  • Fellowship Trained in Advanced Heart Failure
  • Board Certification in Cardiovascular Medicine
  • Board certified/Board eligible in Advanced Heart Failure & Transplant
Our Program
  • Major Service line within Aurora Medical Group which employs 600 primary care physicians, 55 cardiologists and spans 15 hospitals from Green Bay to Chicago
  • Candidate will join an established team of one Advanced Heart Failure & Transplant physician, one interventional Radiologist, three Vascular Surgeons and multiple Physician Extenders
