Advocate Aurora Health’s new hospital opening in 2022 is recruiting for a non-invasive cardiologist in Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin. This location will also have echo, stress tests and nuclear. If the new physician wants to perform diagnostic caths, that can be done in Kenosha. Electrophysiology will be rotating thru this site 1x per week.
Call group is 1:5, weekend call is Friday thru Sunday. When on call, physicians cover both Mount Pleasant and Kenosha locations.
Aurora Medical Center - Mount Pleasant
Our new medical center at 13250 Washington Ave. in Mount Pleasant will offer inpatient care, surgical services and an emergency department with Level 3 trauma services to our community.
The 198,000-square-foot medical center will include 48 medical-surgical beds, 12 intensive care beds, 4 observation beds, 5 operating rooms, 2 procedure rooms and 30 preparation and recovery bays. The campus will also include a 98,000-square-foot medical office building with space for about 24 specialty doctors, sports health facilities, rehabilitation services and a conference center.
