Job Description
We are seeking Emergency Medicine Medical Director to join our team at Aurora Medical Center - Bay Area in Marinette, WI!

As a Medical Director, you will be part of our Emergency Medicine Leadership Council. You’ll have great support and system resources that allow you to lead in a busy practice environment. You’ll work closely with the Executive Leadership team to ensure department operations are fully aligned with system and service line goals, culture, and values. 

Success in this role requires strong leadership skills, great communication and a willingness to collaborate with primary care and other specialties while engaging your team. 

The ideal candidate will have leadership experience and a proven ability to manage complexity while moving quality, patient experience and department operations forward.

Position Highlights:
  • 19-bed Emergency Department
  • 22,000 annual visits to the ED
  • Join a group of 8 Emergency Medicine Physicians
  • Strong support staff of APPs and RNs
  • 12-hr shifts, 10-11 shifts per month
  • EMS is housed in the department
  • Level 3 trauma
  • See a wide variety of cases in a diverse patient population
  • Supportive specialists available in all specialties
