Immediate need for a part-time hospice physician.
Advocate Aurora Health is expanding our Hospice program in Wisconsin. We are looking for an additional part-time physician to join our team in Milwaukee with some program oversight in Kenosha.
- Participates in interdisciplinary care team to establish plan and goals of care
- Collaborates with Hospice Nurse Practitioners in local market
- Provides medical care to patients admitted to hospice for symptom control, rehabilitation, respite and terminal care
- Provides education to medical staff
- Ideally will work 3 days/week and will provide weekend call rotation at Aurora Zilber Family Hospice
- Fellowship Trained in Hospice/Palliative Preferred
- Has experience in Hospice and/or Palliative
