0.5FTE Program Director for ACGME accredited, independent OB/Gyn Residency Program:
- ACGME accredited for 3 Residents per year, 12 residents total. Working with two Associate PDs.
- 2023 Statistics: 1400+ deliveries, 1774 total gyn cases.
- Large faculty practice. Active subspecialists in MFM, Gyn Onc, FPMRS and MIGS. Level III Nursery.
- Minimum of 3 years of documented educational and/or administrative experience required
- Knowledge of medical practice, clinical operational structure systems, and policies and procedures.
- Demonstrated excellence in clinical care, and skills in organization, planning, and the development of program specific strategic plans.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all team members, which is necessary to collaborate with management/executives/other organizations.
- Demonstrated skills in problem solving, conflict resolution, negotiation, and diplomacy.
- Demonstrated success in developing positive relationships and working cohesively with a variety of medical staff, physician groups, leadership, and community leader
0.5 FTE OB/GYN Generalist:
- Locations: This position will have clinic at our AMG Oak Park office as well as one of our clinics in the Lakeview neighborhood
- Surgeries at IMMC
- Deliveries performed by OB Hospitalists
- Minimal ED calls per month; with some back-up for the OB Hospitalists.
- EPIC EMR
