Advocate Health is seeking Physiatrists to join our physician-led medical group and serve its patients and communities in Oak Lawn and Chicago, Illinois. The Physiatrist will treat a wide variety of medical conditions, while focusing on the patient as a whole person.

Training and/or experience required
- Completion of an accredited Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation residency program
- Fellowship training welcome
- Board Certification/board eligibility in PM&R
