Advocate Health is seeking a plastic and reconstructive surgeon to join our physician-led medical group and serve patients at our beautiful office and surgery center in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, and in the greater Milwaukee area. 

Position highlights
  • Full-time Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon
  • You will see patients and perform surgery 3 days a week at the physician office building and surgery center in Pleasant Prairie which opened in June of 2020; hospital cases will be done at the Aurora Medical Center in Kenosha, an 80-bed community hospital
  • Your schedule will also include 2 days a week seeing patients at several clinics in the greater Milwaukee area
  • You will have the opportunity to practice the full-spectrum of plastic surgery such as breast reconstruction, skin grafting, flaps, wound care and microsurgery, in addition to some cosmetic procedures, however this is not a cosmetic practice
  • Supportive, dedicated staff with RNs and APPs
  • Outstanding referral base from within the multi-specialty clinics and communities in the surrounding areas
  • Excellent call schedule with large call group covering several hospitals in the Milwaukee area; call will be 1 in 7 weeks
  • Collaborative partners throughout Southeast Wisconsin and northern Illinois
  • EPIC EMR 
  • Be part of an integrated nationally recognized organization with physician-led medical group and embedded service line
  • Leverage access to DAX Copilot, an AI-powered clinical documentation tool integrated with Epic, streamlining clinical workflows by generating draft patient notes for efficient review, editing, and signature
  • Experience an environment that provides safe and equitable care for all patients
  • Starting salary range: $619,805-$619,805
  • Sign-on bonus eligible 
Training and/or Experience Required:
  • Completion of an accredited plastic surgery program
  • Microsurgery fellowship beneficial but not required
  • Excellent skills required in all areas of plastic and reconstructive surgery, including microsurgery
